Hungry Polar Bear Eats is a faceless YouTube channel. Its channel page says the person behind it is Leo, a full time foodie. In a July 2026 Orlando Magazine interview he said he started the accounts in late May 2021 and posted his first video in late June 2021. He also said his family moved to Orlando from New York.
He told the magazine the channel does not do promotional content and buys what it shows on camera, though he is sometimes handed a free dessert or extra item. That gives you a look at Orlando restaurants and food events before you go. Leo can claim or correct this profile at any time.
