Orlando's Michelin list is the easiest way into the city's independent kitchens, and the useful part is not the stars. It is how many of these started as a stall or a pop-up. Everything below is the 2026 Florida guide, as reported by Visit Orlando, Orlando Weekly and Bungalower, or as the restaurant states it.
Stars: Sorekara in Baldwin Park holds two, the only two-star restaurant in Orlando, with a tasting menu drawn from Japan's 72 micro seasons. Down the same street, Camille went from an East End Market pop-up to a star in 2024. Kadence in Audubon Park has five consecutive stars and keeps the plaques in the bathroom.
Green Star: Kaya in Mills 50, for a no-waste, farm-partnered Filipino kitchen.
Bib Gourmands: Bánh Mì Boy, Zaru and The Strand in Mills 50; Domu and Coro in Audubon Park; Taste of Chengdu in Baldwin Park; Otto's High Dive in the Milk District; Sushi Saint downtown; Norigami, eight seats in Winter Garden; and The Ravenous Pig in Winter Park.
Not every Michelin name in Orlando is here yet, and none of this is ranked beyond what the inspectors did.
